SEMINAR FEES AND OPTIONS

Seminar Regular Fee:  $359 per person  
(Fee includes a copy of the seminar notebook.)

At the Door June 1st:  $369 at the door  (Fee includes a copy of the seminar notebook.)

Optional Materials:  Attendees can purchase a copy of the conference audio program in two formats:

Cassette format:  $59.95 plus $9.95 postage/handling  

CD format:          $99.95 plus $9.95 p/h                                                                                   

This is a savings of 50% off  the retail price, is available ONLY for attendees, and must be paid for when registering for the seminar.   Retail price for the audiocassette format is $130.  Retail price for the CD format is $200. 
                             

Option:  “I Can’t Attend, but I Want the Materials.”  

Individuals who can’t attend the conference in Milwaukee but wish to order the materials can purchase one copy of the conference workbook and one copy of the conference audio program  in cassette format for $179 plus $11.00 postage/handling.  Individuals can also order one copy of the conference workbook and one copy of the conference audio program in CD format for $249 plus $11.00 postage/handling

The Order Form for this option is at the bottom of the Conference Registration Contract, which is at the end of this email message.  Please note:  Please pay for this option BEFORE the seminar to guarantee delivery.  Any order after the seminar can not be guaranteed if no materials are available.  Please allow 4-6 weeks after the seminar for delivery of the materials.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be received by Peak Performance Consultants in writing.  The following cancellation fee schedule will be utilized:
$69    Written cancellation received prior to May 1, 2007.
$99    Written cancellation received on or after May 1, 2007.

TAX DEDUCTION

Treasury Regulation 1-162-5 permits an income tax deduction for educational expenses (registration fees, cost of travel, meals, and lodging) undertaken to 1) maintain or improve skills required in one's employment or other trade or business; 2) meet expressed requirements of an employer or a law imposed as a condition to retention of employment, job status, or rate of compensation.  The IRS recommends you keep a daily log of expenses in accordance with this regulation.
