FREE BOOK WHEN YOU HELP ME WITH MY RESEARCH

Thank you to those coaches who have already contacted me. I am continuing my research to discover how I can make the contents of The Recruiters Library™ more beneficial to coaches.  And I still need your help.

I want to find out what you consider to be the TOP FIVE CHALLENGES for recruiting in your sport.  For example, what are the top five recruiting challenges in football, men's and women's basketball, ice hockey, etc.

I still need feedback from coaches in these coaching divisions and sports:

A.  Division I:  Football, men's basketball, volleyball, wrestling, baseball, cross country/track, men's and women's ice hockey, field hockey, men's and women's lacrosse, swimming.

B.  Division II:  All sports except men's basketball, volleyball, and swimming.

C.  Division III:  All sports except football, men's basketball, volleyball, and tennis.

D.  NAIA:  All sports except men's basketball.

E.  Junior College:  All sports except  men's and women's basketball.

If you want to contribute, just email me your top five recruiting challenges in this format:
1.  List the top five recruiting challenges, numbering them 1-5, with 1 being your biggest challenge.
2.  Give me the following demographic information:
     a.  Name of your current school.
     b.  Sport you coach.
     c.  Your gender.
     d.  Number of years as a college coach.
     e.  If you want the reward for participating, list your name and complete mailing address.

Participation Reward:  To thank you for helping me with the research, I'll send you a  free copy of the book "6 Psychological Factors for Success: America's Most Successful Athletic Coaches Reveal the Path to Competitive Excellence."  Retail price: $29.95.   Book offer is limited to the first responders to the divisions and sports listed above.

Thank you for your help.  I look forward to receiving your feedback.

CELEBRATE YOUR WINNING TEAM PROFILE:  A SCIENTIFIC TEST FOR $22 TO TELL YOU THE CHAMPIONSHIP TRAITS IN YOUR PLAYERS AND RECRUITS

Research indicates that members of championship teams, both male and female, exhibit these qualities:
Cohesiveness, competitiveness, confidence, ability to cope with pressure, rehab from injury/illness quickly, integrity, leadership, maturity, mental toughness, and motivation.  Are your current players and recruits strong in these areas?  Do you want to know if they are?

It's time for you to get a Championship Profile of all your team members.  You've been thinking about it for years.  Now is the time to take action.  It's a ONE-TIME INVESTMENT that will give you and your players valuable team-building and personal development information.  This is the critical information that you're lacking from making your team into a championship contender.  It's the mental make-up that will put your team over the top, not the physical skills.  Stop waffling on this critically important coaching decision.  Get the profiles, and start making your team into a champion!

Your psychological profile is a scientifically-validated research instrument designed to discover the level of strength in your players regarding the "intangibles" of winning.  As coaches, you're always talking about the "intangibles" of winning with your players.  Now you can get scientific proof of how mentally strong your players really are.  This is the kind of information a coach builds champions with.  It's time you took charge of your team's destiny.

During July 2008, coaches can test the level of strength of their players in 10 psychological traits that college coaches have identified as critical to know in their players and recruits for the low price of $22 per test, when you purchase 10 or more tests for your team.   Assessments cost $49 each for 1-9 tests.

The Success Factors Scales® - Athletics Edition will give coaches and student-athletes critically important feedback in 10 psychological traits of winners.  Here is what the experts have to say...

"I felt the Success Factors Scales® - Athletics Edition is an excellent test for athletes to begin to look more deeply at important aspects of competing that they usually don't consider.  It would be an excellent tool for coaches of current athletes and for coaches to use for recruiting."
Donna Martin, Athletic Director, Mary Baldwin College

"It was great to see in-depth who you really are, and what you stand for.  The in-depth explanations were very interesting to look at, and realize that it really does describe who you are."
Jessa Diaz, Women's Basketball Player, Baldwin-Wallace College

Coaches, players, and recruits will gain valuable personal development data and receive a 14-page personalized Executive Summary that you can print and save following the completion of the assessment.  Check out the sample Executive Summary at the site.

Get all the details at www.successfactorsscales.com.  Call Dr. Steve Brennan with any questions at 800-293-1676.

Systems Approach Packages

Recruiters can purchase a copy of the audiocassette tape/CD and a copy of the written seminar workbook materials for all the schools presently listed in the "Systems Approach" section of the catalog. The Systems Package allows you to link the written materials with the audiotape/CD information, a benefit not available to recruiters until now!

The cost of each package varies because of the amount of written materials in the package and the number of audiotapes/CDs that accompanies the written materials.  NOTE:  On the Order Form, please write "Systems Package", the school, and the amount.  For example, the "Tennessee Women's Basketball Systems Package, Audiotape format, $37.95."  You will receive two mailings: one containing the written materials and one containing the audiocassette tape(s)/CD. The first amount in the System's Package Cost is for a copy of an audiocassette tape.  The second amount refers to the package that includes a CD of the information.
