The Center for Performance Enhancement Research and Education^TM (CPERE) is a 501-C-3 nonprofit corporation. The purpose of CPERE is to educate the general public and athletic, business and educational institutions on the topics of performance and health.

Two-Pronged Corporate Research Approach!

CPERE's research approach is dynamic and trendsetting! The Center will address performance and health education issues within your company, develop a state-of-the-art research instrument, query your employees, tabulate the results, summarize the findings of the study, and offer recommendations for action.

The second aspect of the research is to construct a specific program of action to address the findings and recommendations of the study. Of course, this second phase is optional to the client. But by building a specific Plan of Action from the recommendations of the study, you'll have a consistent flow to attack the problem.

Success Factors Scales®

The Success Factors Scales® is a self-assessment inventory that measures the level of strengths of 10 specific traits and skills of an individual. The instrument is designed for use by secondary and post secondary students and athletes, college admissions counselors, athletic recruiters, parents/guardians of college bound students, high school guidance counselors, corporate management personnel, and all individuals interested in self-knowledge and self-improvement.
